All through the process you’ll have weekly appointments with your Medifast Weight Loss Consultant to help you stay focused on your individualized strategy. As you evaluate your progress you’ll work meet with your Medifast Weight Loss Consultant to design a comprehensive roadmap to help you navigate life’s weight control challenges. In addition to your Medifast Weight Loss Consultant you will have the opportunity to meet with one of the Registered Dieticians on staff to evaluate and assist you with menus and meal planning.  Your private, one on one weekly meeting will combine the support, accountability and motivation to ensure you attain your weight loss goals with the behavior modification counseling necessary to teach you weight maintenance techniques and skills.

During the weight loss phase of your program your Medifast Weight Loss Consultant will provide you with a complete in-body assessment using Biospace’s InBody ® technology.  This analysis evaluates your weight loss progress and provides you with a snapshot of your overall body composition.

STABILIZATION
Once you’ve reached your weight loss goal, it’s time to make the transition into a healthier lifestyle. You will continue your weekly 1:1 counseling with our certified weight loss counselors, who will combine the support, accountability, motivation and behavior modification that helped you reach your weight loss goal as you learn to make healthy eating a part of everyday life!

MAINTENANCE
Once you’ve successfully completed your Stabilization phase, you are ready to begin your weight maintenance program. Monitoring your weight, balancing your calories, making smart choices, and staying active will help you keep what you’ve worked so hard to achieve.

In addition to continued weekly support during the maintenance phase your Medifast Weight Loss Consultant will provide you with a comprehensive Maintenance plan.
