John decided to join Medifast because he needed to lose weight and lower his blood pressure. He loved being able to check-in at weekly meetings to keep his motivation up and get additional support from the counselors. Each week John was able to discuss problems he encountered, get new recipes, and monitor his blood pressure and BMI. After all his hard work and dedication, John lost over 180 pounds!
John still talks about Medifast and inspires many of his friends to check it out if they are looking to lose weight. On the plan, he never really felt hungry – which made the program easier to follow. John is so thankful for the counselors and all of their encouragement.
