Feel free to add vegetables to your pizza so you can get your greens!
YIELDS: 1 Serving | 1 Lean, 3 Condiments, 1 Grain
- 1 whole grain tortilla (approximately 60 calories and at least 7 grams of dietary fiber)
- 3 tsp. Ragu pizza sauce
- 2 oz. (after cooked) lean hamburger, browned, with Italian seasoning OR 2 Morning Star Farms Sausage Patties, cooked
- ½ cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In the oven, brown tortilla until it is lightly brown.
- Remove the tortilla from the oven and top with remaining ingredients.
- Return to oven and cook until the cheese is melted.
Cut into slices then serve and enjoy!
