Recipe: Whole Grain Tortilla Pizza

Feel free to add vegetables to your pizza so you can get your greens!

YIELDS: 1 Serving | 1 Lean, 3 Condiments, 1 Grain

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole grain tortilla (approximately 60 calories and at least 7 grams of dietary fiber)
  • 3 tsp. Ragu pizza sauce
  • 2 oz. (after cooked) lean hamburger, browned, with Italian seasoning OR 2 Morning Star Farms Sausage Patties, cooked
  • ½ cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In the oven, brown tortilla until it is lightly brown.
  3. Remove the tortilla from the oven and top with remaining ingredients.
  4. Return to oven and cook until the cheese is melted.

Cut into slices then serve and enjoy!
