Each day during the challenge you will choose two different exercises to complete twice each day. Choosing different exercises daily is a great way to keep you from getting into an exercise rut and keep your muscles working efficiently. Each exercise is also customizable to reflect your current fitness level! The goal is to get you stronger, fitter and healthier in just 6 weeks.

A fitness challenge for all currently enrolled Medifast clients.

How Long:

6 weeks

Pledge:

Perform 2 exercises for 2 sets, once a day, five days a week.

  • Follow the example calendar or choose any two exercises from the list to perform.
  • Utilize the recommended rep range or adjust to your current fitness level.
